User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all submissions
• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials
• Use the service only for legitimate construction project management purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any safety issues or construction defects promptly
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Not attempt unauthorized access to other projects or accounts

Data Accuracy and Professional Responsibility

Users acknowledge that construction documentation requires professional accuracy:

• All measurements, dates, and technical data must be accurate
• Photos must accurately represent the current state of construction
• Digital signatures constitute legally binding approvals
• False or misleading information may have serious legal and safety consequences
• Users are responsible for verifying compliance with building codes and standards
